Well, today is somewhat better

Well, today is somewhat better than yesterday proved to be. Although I found out that my friend I've been trying to get a hold of is having answering machine problems, that only explains half the situation. I'm not going to force the issue; if she really actually wants to go out and do domething with me, she'll have to come to me. Anyway, I found out that I have to come over to my sister's place tomorrow morning at about 7:45 and make sure the guy that's gonna turn the gas back on will find the basement doors, so we can have heat here. So far, we've been relying on the fireplace, which don't do s***, so I've been freezin my ass off every day I'm here. It'd be alright, except typing is kinda difficult when your fingers feel like ice. Anyway (I do say that a lot, don't I?), I get out of the wonderful pleasure of watching my neice and nephew tomorrow, though: the kids are still eing taken to their usual babysitting destination (HOORAY!!!!!!!). =) So, I can pretty much hang out for most of the day tomorrow here. Oh damn, I won't be able to exercise! Aww, that's quite a shame! =) although, seriously, I have to get up early. =( Oh well. I'll survive.

O crap, I had ordered something offline and it was supposed to come today, but I won't be home until maybe 9:30/10:00 tonight to get it. Dammit!!!! Actually, considering that I will be with my hunny, I'm not too brokenhearted. =) In fact, screw the stuff I ordered, I'd rather be with Joshie! Well, no I shouldn't refer to him as that, I don't think he'd like it if my friends began to call him Joshie. Oh well.

I watched a decent movie today. It was on showtime and it's called "My Horrible Year" and it's really actually good. Of course, I did go online while it was on, but it held my attention, so that being online was probably a mistake and I probably would've gotten more progress in 5 minutes with the tv off than I got done then. I mean, it's about 4:20 already!! I went online about 2 1/2 hours ago!! Obviously, not much was accomplished in that time if I'm only writing in here now. Eh, it's not that big a deal. Anyway, ew, those are ugly shoes. I'm watching the style channel and that one chick from Surviver 2, I believe, is hosting this show about shopping for decent wedding dresses and accessories and whatnot. She just picked out some white (obviously) heels that were very ugly. Of course, I'm not a fan of the "classic-style" shoe; I like platform shoes and strings that wrap around my ankles (like a ballerina shoe; also don't have a pair of these shoes anyway) and all kinds of stuff like that. The front of the shoe is very important to me. I hate pointy shoes (too grandma-ish for me) and too plain just sucks. I think I'm just too picky. At least I know what I like and I most likely won't end up buying some shoes I end up hating. (I try to find the bright side of my faults. Some may say I'm just making excuses, but they can kiss my ass; that's my response to that.) =) (I'm not always as nice as I seem to be.)

That makes me think of last night, when I was reading my yearbook. I got all depressed, cuz I didn't participate in anything, so I kinda felt like a loser. Of course, pms doesn't help either. So, I was having a very emotional night and ended up singing to slow, sad songs at 10:00 at night, while everyone else was probably out egging cars and toilet papering the neighbor's yards. I'm hopin tonight will be very much better. It better be! I think only if me and Josh don't get along, then tonight might not be any better than last night.

Ah, well, I think I'll be going now. I have no more to report. Okay, bub bye!!! =)

Hello all! I got my

Hello all! I got my yearbook today from the high school. Of course, they changed things around and I ended up feeling like an ass because I didn't follow them, but there isn't anything I can do now. So, I walk up to the row of doors by the office, and now you gotta talk to the office on the lovely "intercom" thingy and I didn't know that, but this 1 girl was goin in, so I just snuck in. I didn't stop by the office to get my "visitor's pass," which I didn't even know there was such a thing there, and the librarian wasn't thrilled with that, but she remembered me and gave me my yearbook. I almost got knocked over by the one lady, I guess she was a custodian or whatever the term is, but she had one of those really big dry mop things and it took up half the hallway. Well, I was turning a corner, and there she appeared in front of me and scared the crap out of me. I nearly had a heart attack. Anyway, after that experience, it really makes me not want to visit any of my teachers anymore. Not if I gotta go through a bunch of crap like that and I'm sure they wouldn't be too thrilled with a former student stopping by to "disturb the learning process of the present students." At least, that's what I would think. So, that was a fun way to start my day.

I then proceeded through Boyertown to get to my sister's place and when I got here and began to read my email, that's when the problems began. First of all, my stupid email program keeps telling me there is an unexplained error and the fact the damn thing keeps showing up every freakin 5 minutes does not make me a happy camper. So, that I can deal with, but almost every new web site I went to also decides that it's going to take 5 minutes + to load. Well, that, and my slight technical difficulty with the email was pissing me off even more. The third contributing factor was that I had over 30 emails that I was reading, so combine all that, and Melissa's a very mad little girl. A very impatient and mad little girl. Anyway, after spending about 2 hours on my email, I've finally gotten back to here to write. Who knows what the rest of the day holds for me? It better improve, that's my 2 cents.

Another issue I'm having trouble with is playing phone tag with my one friend, Jen. Or, rather, the lack of Jen. I haven't been able to get ahold of her and I'm beginning to get paranoid. I hope I can get ahold of her tonight, but the way today went, I'm not sure that I'll be that lucky. Oh well.

Anyway, yesterday, I went to library (my mom wasn't too excited to be driving through the first sleeting of the season) and I got three books. I wanna work there, but there aren't any job postings, so I'm continuing my search for a decent job. Maybe at the other library, I might have more luck. Hopefully!
Well, that's all for now. If I think of more stuff to report, I'll write back later. Bub bye!! =)

Welcome to all of my

Welcome to all of my fans! Well, really, that's maybe 2 people, who probably won't even read this, but anyway, this is my "diary," so just a warning: don't try to understand me, you might hurt yourself! I mean that! I'm a very complicated person, even high maintenance, as certain people might tell you. Anyway, I was reading someone else's online diary thingy and decided that since I spend WAY too much time online anyway, I might as well be doing something useful. Alright, this probably isn't useful, but it sounded good. Anyway, let's see, what shall I write...hmm...well...I dunno what to write. That sucks.

I'm at my sister's place now (since I have only webtv at my house, I come here during the day to play on her computer) and I am waiting for my sister to get home. My mom, and 2 of my 3 older sisters work at the Montgomery County SPCA and they carpool to work. Well, my mom and my 1 sis(Tina) drop of my other sis (Betty) and pick me up. I come here almost every other day since I only work every other weekend at the Montgomery County Geriatric and Rehabilitation Center as a maid. It can be a sucky job, but I need money and I've been waiting on a full time position from them, but they haven't gotten back to me on it. Screw 'em. I'm lookin for another job anyway. =P So, here I am, 4 days out of the week, and they are never home when they should be. They get done work at 5, but aren't usually back till maybe 6 or 6:30. So, I end up watching the kids while my bro-in-law goes to work. I'm really beginning to dislike kids for that reason. (Chuckie, the 2 year old, is a pain in the ass; of course I mean that in the nicest way) =) Anyway, like I said, I'm here 4 days out of the week and, usually Tuesdays, I'm at home doin laundry and whatnot (not babysitting!!). I'm lookin forward to this week, cuz me and one of my buds are supposed to go to lunch and shopping one of these next 3 days. So, I'm excited. I haven't been out much lately, other than the Gilbertsville Halloween parade last Monday. My life probably wouldn't excite too many people out there, hence the first message.

Let's see, what else should I tell you about now. Well, I have a boyfriend of 2 1/2 years+ (his name's Josh) and we're still very close. =) I just spent this last weekend with him (there wasn't any sleeping over, sorry to say) and it was fun. We went to Walmart on Saturday (ooh, how exciting!) and got food at Arby's for lunch, then went back to his house and hung out the rest of the day. I spent most of it finishing up this library book that I'd been renewing the past 4 months and haven't really started it until about a week ago. They told me I had to give it back instead of renewing it again this last time I was there, so I got my ass in gear and read the freakin thing. It actually turned out to be one of the better books I've read, so it wasn't a waste of time, but I just was annoyed with myself that I renewed it for such a long time and never started it. Oh well, whatcha gonna do? Anyway, that was mainly what I did on Saturday and on Sunday, I was reading again, but that was ok, since Josh was washing his car. Not to brag, but he's got a '92 black Corvette, as well as an '86 Ford F-150 XL long bed, which is two-toned gray and he loves. The truck used to be my dad's and the motor was seized up, so my dad just gave it to Josh and he put a new engine in it, plus other various work. He just got the Corvette about a month or so ago and he loves that too. Anyway, back to Sunday: he washed his car and I sat outside, in the cold, I might add, and I read my book. I finished it, too! That's what the day mostly was filled with. Crap, the baby's cryin. Well, I'll wrap this up and let ya have a break. =) Bub bye!!
